Ultrallline ASA Carbon Fiber (ASA-CF) is a carbon fiber-reinforced ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) 3D printing filament formulated with chopped carbon fibers for high-performance FDM printing. Featuring a black finish with a premium matte appearance, it combines the outstanding outdoor durability of standard ASA with the enhanced mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforcement.

While retaining ASA’s excellent UV resistance, weatherability, thermal stability, and mechanical strength, Ultrallline ASA-CF offers lower shrinkage, reduced warping, and stronger Z-axis interlayer adhesion than conventional carbon fiber-filled filaments. It delivers an ideal balance of structural strength, dimensional stability, and long-term outdoor durability, making it an excellent choice for engineering components, automotive parts, industrial fixtures, and exterior applications.
