Ultrallline PC-GF is a glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate (PC) composite filament engineered specifically for FDM/FFF 3D printing. It combines the exceptional toughness and impact resistance of polycarbonate with the enhanced stiffness, thermal stability, and dimensional accuracy provided by glass fiber reinforcement.

Compared with standard PC, Ultrallline PC-GF offers significantly higher rigidity, lower shrinkage, reduced warping, higher heat deflection resistance, and superior dimensional stability. It also greatly improves the relatively low Z-axis strength, high shrinkage, and warping commonly associated with pure PC during 3D printing. These performance enhancements make it an excellent choice for manufacturing high-strength structural components, industrial fixtures, engineering prototypes, and functional parts that demand outstanding mechanical properties, heat resistance, and printing reliability.
