Ultrallline PC-GF is a glass fiber-reinforced polycarbonate (PC) composite filament specifically developed for FDM/FFF 3D printing. It combines the excellent toughness and impact resistance of polycarbonate with the enhanced stiffness and thermal performance provided by glass fiber reinforcement.

Compared with standard PC, Ultrallline PC-GF offers significantly higher rigidity, lower shrinkage, reduced warping, a higher heat deflection temperature, and outstanding dimensional stability. The glass fiber reinforcement also helps improve the relatively weak Z-axis strength commonly associated with pure PC while minimizing print deformation caused by thermal shrinkage. These enhanced properties make Ultrallline PC-GF an ideal choice for manufacturing high-strength structural parts, industrial tooling, engineering prototypes, and functional components that require excellent mechanical performance, heat resistance, and dimensional accuracy.
