Ultrallline ABS Glass Fiber (ABS-GF) is a glass fiber-reinforced ABS 3D printing filament engineered for high-performance FDM printing. It retains the excellent processability, toughness, and durability of conventional ABS while significantly enhancing stiffness, mechanical strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability through glass fiber reinforcement.
Compared with standard ABS, Ultrallline ABS-GF effectively minimizes warping, deformation, and insufficient rigidity during printing. It also maintains Z-axis interlayer bonding strength close to that of pure ABS, making it an ideal choice for structural components, industrial tooling, engineering prototypes, and other functional parts that require high strength, dimensional accuracy, and reliable printing performance.
