Our carbon fiber alloy is modified from polyester alloy composite chopped carbon fiber. Compared to most carbon fiber materials on the market that use carbon powder filled PLA, our product offers superior performance.
1. Fast drying, capable of printing layer thicknesses from 0.1 to 0.4 mm to meet various layer thickness requirements.
2. Higher strength and toughness than general materials like PLA, enabling printed parts to satisfy most requirements.
3. Compared to carbon powder-filled PLA, short fibers possess a higher aspect ratio, resulting in superior strength and toughness. The physical properties of polyester alloy significantly outperform PLA. This powerful combination elevates the performance of this carbon fiber material to a new peak.
Moderate adhesion ensures strong bonding to surfaces like glass while allowing for easy removal of supports.
