  • Ultrallline ABS Carbon Fiber (ABS-CF) is a carbon fiber-reinforced ABS composite filament formulated with chopped carbon fibers for high-performance FDM 3D printing. Building on the excellent printability and toughness of standard ABS, it delivers significantly enhanced stiffness, improved dimensional stability, and reduced shrinkage and creep through carbon fiber reinforcement.

    Unlike many conventional carbon fiber-filled filaments, Ultrallline ABS-CF maintains Z-axis interlayer bonding strength close to that of pure ABS, providing an excellent balance of rigidity, toughness, and printing reliability. It is an ideal choice for structural parts, engineering prototypes, industrial fixtures, and functional components requiring high strength and dimensional accuracy.

     

    Product Advantages:

    This product is modified using imported ABS raw material and chopped carbon fiber.

    1. Lower shrinkage rate than ABS, significantly reducing the risk of warping and cracking during printing.

    2. High rigidity, excellent impact resistance, and superior toughness. Printed parts meet direct-use requirements.

    3. High temperature resistance with a heat deflection temperature of 100°C.

    4. Low odor emission during printing compared to standard ABS.

    Sandable and polishable, suitable for post-processing.
