Ultrallline PCTG Transparent offers outstanding transparency with significantly higher light transmission than standard transparent PETG. Printed parts are crystal clear with no cloudy or hazy appearance, making it ideal for optical components, display models, and decorative applications. Its naturally smooth, glossy surface delivers excellent visual clarity without the need for polishing.
2. Superior Toughness and Impact Resistance
Compared with both PLA and standard PETG, this material provides outstanding toughness and impact resistance. It remains resistant to cracking even at low temperatures and withstands bending and accidental drops with ease. Its high elongation at break makes it ideal for thin-wall parts, snap-fit designs, and flexible structural components.
3. Excellent Chemical, Oil, and Hydrolysis Resistance
The filament resists common household chemicals such as hand soap, alcohol, skincare products, and cooking oils without whitening or cracking. It also offers excellent moisture and hydrolysis resistance, maintaining dimensional stability and long-term durability in humid or outdoor environments.
4. Low Internal Stress and Crack Resistance
With low residual stress after printing, Ultrallline PETG Transparent minimizes the risk of spontaneous cracking in large or thick-walled models. It also performs well during post-processing, allowing sanding, bonding, and machining with reduced risk of edge chipping.
5. Safe, Low-Odor, and Food-Contact Friendly
The filament produces virtually no unpleasant odor during printing and is BPA-free. It complies with food-contact requirements, making it suitable for printing cups, tableware, food containers, and other food-related applications.
6. Easy Low-Temperature Printing
Requiring lower printing temperatures than standard PETG, Ultrallline PETG Transparent prints reliably at nozzle temperatures of 220–250°C. It offers smooth extrusion, minimal nozzle clogging, low shrinkage, and reduced warping, allowing even large models to be printed successfully on smaller build platforms.
