Ultralline ASA is a high-performance engineering 3D printing filament developed for outdoor and industrial applications. ASA (Acrylonitrile Styrene Acrylate) is a high-performance engineering-grade FDM 3D printing material and is widely regarded as an upgraded alternative to ABS. While maintaining ABS’s excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and chemical resistance, ASA incorporates an acrylate-modified structure that significantly enhances its UV resistance, weatherability, and long-term outdoor durability.
Compared with ABS, the greatest advantage of ASA is its ability to maintain excellent mechanical properties and appearance during prolonged exposure to sunlight, rain, and harsh environmental conditions.
