Ultrallline TPU 72D is a high-hardness thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) 3D printing filament engineered for demanding functional and engineering applications. It offers excellent resistance to oils, aging, and weathering, along with low molding shrinkage and outstanding mechanical strength.

Unlike softer TPU grades, TPU 72D provides firm rigidity with reliable resilience rather than a soft, flexible feel. Its performance and tactile quality are comparable to rigid engineering plastics while retaining the inherent toughness of polyurethane, making printed parts highly resistant to cracking and fracture. Ultrallline TPU 72D is an ideal choice for high-strength functional components, industrial fixtures, protective housings, and engineering applications that require durability, dimensional stability, and long-term reliability.
