Ultralline PETG Matte is a specially modified PETG filament designed to deliver a premium matte surface finish while maintaining the excellent mechanical properties of standard PETG. Through advanced surface modification technology, it provides a smooth, low-reflection appearance with reduced layer-line visibility.
Combining PETG’s outstanding toughness, impact resistance, chemical resistance, low shrinkage, and excellent printability, Ultralline PETG Matte is ideal for functional prototypes, industrial components, product housings, display models, and applications requiring both reliable performance and a sophisticated matte appearance.
Product Advantages:
1. High transparency with light transmittance approaching 90%.
2. High hardness and impact resistance, enabling printed parts to meet direct-use requirements.
3. Slightly higher temperature resistance than PLA, with a heat deflection temperature around 70°C.
4. UV resistance and strong anti-aging properties; excellent abrasion resistance!
5. Can be sanded and polished, suitable for post-processing.
6. Low shrinkage rate prevents warping and edge deformation, reducing print failure rates!
